Host home services are the foundation of Liberty Living. We thoughtfully match each adult with a host family who opens their home with warmth and care — creating a stable, family-style life with around-the-clock support.
A person with a disability lives with a host person or family. They are welcomed as members of the household and supported in daily routines, goals, and accessing the community. Hosts are trained and supported to best meet the emotional or physical need of your loved one! Clients thrive in stable, often familial environments. Host homes are excellent options for optimal care and stability.

In-Home Support
For individuals already living in their own home, we offer a limited number of in-home support hours. Our caregivers come to you, providing focused help with daily routines, community access, and personal goals.
Skilled staff come to the person's home to assist them and give support in the ways that make the most sense for each person! We assist with home tasks, personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, and getting out into the community! This care plan is carefully catered to best meet the needs of the individual.
