CEO and COO
Ella is the heart of Liberty Living, overseeing day-to-day operations and helping shape the culture, care, and relationships that define the company. A psychology graduate, she brings a deep understanding of people and a genuine desire to help others feel valued and at home.
Blake Frischknecht
Director of Operations and Compliance
Blake oversees operations, employee onboarding, and compliance at Liberty Living, making sure the organization has the people, systems, and processes needed to provide exceptional care.
